Whether you stay in The Nouveau Studio, The Georgina Room or The Samson Suite our spacious guest quarters will nurture your sense of nostalgia and style. Each room has a private entrance and comes with the best breakfast in Maine (maybe in the world.) Even the New York Times raves about our marvelous muffins and oversized cappuccinos.

The Nouveau Studio ($125(off season)-195)
click for larger view Decorated in crimson art deco, The Nouveau Studio embraces your sense of whimsy and imagination. Your four poster bed is accented with piles of pillows and surrounded by Maine's collectible treasures. After a day of heavenly hiking or artful antiquing, soak in head to toe luxury in your clawfoot bathtub. Your suite's petite kitchenette is the perfect place to blend frozen margaritas, make a midnite snack or enjoy a light supper in your home away from home.


The Samson Suite ($125 - 165)
click for larger view A room fit for royalty, the Samson Suite displays both history and stately charm. Step back in time as you browse through the library and explore artifacts from yesteryear. Classic hard wood floors and unique antiques add to the majesty. The sitting area is the perfect place to write your memoirs, read the great American novel or share conversation.


The Georgina Room ($125 - 165)

Happy yellows and playful pinks, corals and florals surround your bed in summertime cheer. After a day exploring Bar Harbor's treasures or Acadia's wonder you can fill the tub with bubbles, drown in throw pillows or cuddle on the couch.


About Your Breakfast
Because Mom always said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, guests at our Inn are treated to a full American-style breakfast. After a good night's sleep, you'll walk downstairs where we'll wake up even the sleepiest tastebuds with specialty coffees, imported tea and fresh squeezed juices. Then, you'll choose from an innovative menu of omelets, Benedicts, fruit smothered pancakes and much, much more. If you prefer, we'd be happy to pack a Baker's Breakfast to take on the road.
